At Accommodate Edinburgh we are very proud of what we do and how we do it. Sandy Grant started the parent company in December 2004 and opened our current office in April 2005 based on the simple principles of proven effective management policies & procedures and with aggressive property marketing and we feel this is the reason why we are growing so quickly and becoming the face of property lettings in Edinburgh. 

Having these principles in place has seen us expanding in size and scope into other parts of Scotland, we opened Accommodate Rural in Peebles in The Scottish Borders in 2011. We are looking to expand into Glasgow and Aberdeen very soon. Organic growth is one way of expanding but we firmly believe word of mouth has contributed to our success over the years which has enabled a steady growth in our property portfolio, and we feel this growth will increase over time.

Sandy has worked in the property industry for many years before forming the parent company back in December 2004 and opened our current office in April 2005.

Carole Rorrison
Lettings Manager

We are very pleased to announce that Carole has been promoted to Lettings Manager. She has worked for the company for nearly 3 years. Carole previously worked for a large furniture company based in the capital for a good number of years and brings a wealth of experience.

We are delighted to welcome Gillian to the team. He will be overseeing our maintenance department and will be the main point of contact for any maintenance isssues as well as all our property inspections.
